Stripe Fulfillment Policy

Overview of Services:
We provide recurring growth-strategy consulting and marketing services. All work—strategy calls, written recommendations and dashboards—is delivered digitally; no physical products are shipped.

Services Provided:
– Strategic advisory and sales-process audits
– Multi-channel campaign planning and execution
– KPI reporting and performance dashboards
– Discovery workshops and pre-work assessments
– Ongoing virtual coaching and Q&A sessions

Fulfillment Process:

Service Agreement: You sign a Statement of Work and your first monthly retainer is billed in advance via Stripe in U.S. dollars on a agreed upon auto-renewing cycle.

Project Kick-Off: We schedule your discovery or strategy call within five business days of confirmation and request any necessary data or access.

Service Delivery: Consulting activities occur throughout each cycle, with interim updates and draft deliverables shared by email or secure portal.

Completion Confirmation: At the end of each cycle we send a summary of work performed and any files delivered.


Payment & Billing:
All fees are processed securely by Stripe’s PCI-DSS–compliant platform; we never store full card numbers.

Client Responsibilities
– Timely delivery depends on a joint cadence between Manos Health and the Client
– Supplying ICP details, data access, and brand-approved messaging within two (2) business days of request.
– Joining scheduled calls or giving at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
– Delays in required inputs automatically extend deadlines; no credits or refunds are issued for client-caused delays.​​

Currency & Payment
All fees are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) via Stripe.
Late payments are subject to service suspension per the MSA.​

Cancellation & Refunds:
All fees become non-refundable once a cycle begins.
To stop the next charge, email support@manoshealth.com at least five business days before your cycle ends; services continue through your paid-through date and no prorated credits are issued for partial cycles.

Chargebacks & Disputes:
Please contact us first to resolve any billing concerns—unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate service suspension.

Security & Privacy:
Client data (access credentials, proprietary documents) is encrypted in transit and at rest and used only to deliver services.

Liability Disclaimer:
We commit to delivering professional services but do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which a claim arises.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
Any unresolved dispute follows the terms of our Master Services Agreement (Delaware law, arbitration).
